I found a subliminal message in Phineas and Ferb?

I was watching Phineas and Ferb on Netflix, and it was the episode where Doofenshmirtz and Monogram hosted the video countdown, and I swear, right after the 3rd video with Candace and Vanessa's busting video, and Monogram walked onto the stage right after, and if you listen, he coughs, then says "Testicle" I replayed it several times, and I am sure of it! I cannot beleive that Disney would put those hidden messages in their shows!
