Whats going on with my fridge?

We have a Monogram Refrigerator, we have had it for 2 years. We made a specific spot for it in our kitchen meaning we made a rectangle where it would go (with no air vents except the one at the very top of the fridge which it comes with) so one day about a week ago it started making this weird clicking noise, but since it would still cool the fridge we payed no attention to it, then one day it stopped cooling! so we opened up the one vent on the very top and and saw that the fan was pulled back by its on suction and it would get stuck with its own bracket which made the clicking sound, so we pulled it back out and we even cleaned the radiator thing behind it, but when we put it back in it still wont cool down. Any ideas as of to why it isn't cooling?
