Is Louis Vuitton's Damier Graphite Canvas made of leather or something else?

I'm just curious, but in Louis Vuitton's website descriptions of their products, they always mention leather or cowhide in their Monogram Canvas or other offerings, but never in their Damier Graphite Canvas product line (I only see "leather trimmings"). Is Damier Graphite Canvas made of something else? Or is it also coated leather? The prices are similar across the different product lines...
