Do you trust this site that is sealing lv bags?

I wouldn't trust it. If all 20 of those reviews are on the website, the people who run the website are obviously not gonna accept bad reviews and they're gonna write their own. Just google "lazata" and the second link says "lazata - complaints" and the one below it says "buyer beware". Just save up for the real thing, it's easy to identify fakes. And $800 is still a lot.
