New and used plastic models kits?

Apart from what was already mentioned, try posting at a forum like hobytalk or Finescale modeler's forum and ask. As for free tools, ask your dentist for used probes and such. Mine will give me a handful of the ones that he's going to pitch anyway. For other items check Mircomark.com.
