So are the Flyers in rebuild mode or simply looking to contend a different way?

They've gotten rid of the old nucleus, and it would appear they've packed it in, but perhaps they're still looking to compete with the new nucleus of Giroux, Pronger, and Van Reimsdyk. Perhaps this was just a changing of the guard. Which do you think it is?
