Where is the Tristate Area?

I was babysitting my neighbor last night and we were watching Phineas and Ferb and Dr D always has a plan to do something with the Tristate area. I know it's small and it might be in Canada because Major Monogram said "Sorry to disturb you on Canada Day,". And I have been wondering this for a while so where is it?
