In many plant cells the nucleus and other cell organelles are pushed near the boundary walls. Explain?

Water-filled tonoplast (vacuole), is responsible for this phenomena. The vacuole is generally large and therefore, pushes other organelles near the cell wall boundary. However, we must note that the structure of the vacuole depends on the type of the cell. So, if you consider the cell type, you can also get further explanation.
